Can Values be grey---An Administrator's perspective

Often there comes a situation during the conduct of Duty when the choice of whether to choose "the Right" or  "loose alot "over right.

But here comes the might of a good administrator who uses his mind to find a way out and select an alternative which serves the Right and also u dont loose alot.

So on the scale of Right and wrong there are no mixed areas.Values are either white or black.There is no Grey shade on the continuum.

But the outcomes can be controlled of any action which is a quality of the personna of the individual who through her out of the box solution gets the desired result which is in the interest of the values, society as well as humanity.
